DSI’s Youth Leadership program provides access to resources and opportunities for young people with skills to reach their full potential. The Leadership program is first to validate our young people’s’ dreams and aspirations then provide guidance and mentorship. Our vision is to organize, create an environment where immigrants youths and young adults can develop effective life skills, tools to develop leadership and soft skills through workshops, conferences, debates on different topics affecting minority youths. Also creates awareness on communities’ challenges, take initiatives in resolving those issues in teams, to rebuild the image of minority communities.
