Dream & Success Initiative is found by a small group of volunteers people who devote their time and resources for the cause of our community. We will continue depending on volunteers to carry out our mission of promoting self-expression, and leadership development by encouraging cultural exchange, financial literacy, and community development.

The Dream & Success initiatives we have many different volunteer opportunities that can fit your busy schedule and interests. All individual volunteers must first attend an orientation and undergo the required background check to get started. We ask for a least a 6 month or 20-hour commitment from all individual volunteers.
