Who are we?

DSI’s Youth Leadership program is to provide access to resources and opportunities to equip youths especially immigrants with skills to reach their full potential. The Youth leadership program is first to validate the dreams, ambitions of the participants and then provide guidance to fulfill those aspirations. It will serve as a platform for newcomers immigrants effective integration into American society.

Our Mission

To create a platform for positive cultural enrichment, and provide access to resources that develop leadership skills through workshops, conferences, debates, and community engagement.
To empower young immigrants to discover themselves, know their purpose and put their mission into actions.
To create a sense of community and generational thinkers to take part in the solutions to the challenges within their time.

To develop competent, effective, servant leaders that will lead the next generation for sustainable development.
To create awareness on our communities’ challenges, realities, needs and take initiatives to bring solutions.
To establish a sustainable mentorship program among successful immigrant professionals and D&SI young leaders.
