Affi Allado-Anka is a visionary and servant leader, who knows how to relate to anyone across the lifespan. She brings hope and allows individuals who come across her path see their own greatness and value. As a founder of Dream & Success initiatives, she leads the organization direction and coordination of all administrative functions. Anka is an ambitious and optimist who sees opportunity in challenges and remold herself while empowering others. She is respected by many of her friends, peers, and employers. Affi is an inspirational leader who tells stories that inspire action. She has held several leadership positions throughout her life and career. Anka is an avid exercise enthusiast who believes that exercise and diet are the keys to a long, happy, healthy life. Affi holds a MS in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of the Sciences in PA and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland. She is a mother, a mentor, a speaker to young students and professionals, and serves on several Boards of Directors. Affi’s values include greatness (mission), incorruptible integrity, love for freedom and honor. Anka’s vision for DSI is to thrive building on our greatness by perfecting our weaknesses to overcome our challenges.

Ms. Ange Christelle Api brings wide-ranging experience from more than 10 years in public accounting. Originally from the Ivory Coast, Ange Christelle worked as an auditor for Oceni Consulting International for several years. Ms. Api has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland University College and works toward her Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management.  She loves to educate, empower and equip young adults who have left their countries to better their lives in the USA. She strongly believes that DSI is the place where she can fulfill those dreams.

As a communication officer at Dream Success Initiatives, Ms. Gloria Atameklo is responsible for strategic communication planning, knowledge dissemination and outreach to key audiences that DSI seeks to influence. Ms. Gloria Atameklo has worked in social services for 5 years. As a member of Youth With Purpose ( YWP), Gloria communicates with the public on organization vision and activities. In her role at the YWP, She was in charge of social media to maintain regular contact with all members. She has many years volunteering at a local nursing home, Meals on Wheels, feeding the homeless, and helping their  State Senator Jim Rosapepe reaching out to their communities. Gloria is in her junior year in Political Science with a minor in both International Relations and German at Salisbury University. She likes to write and develops strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ms. Gloria is eager to bring all these expertise skills to DSI as a communication officer.
